Clerical Duties: Performing general clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events.
Correspondence Handling: Handling incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and phone calls, and routing them to the appropriate individuals.
Reception and Greeting: Welcoming visitors and clients, answering inquiries, and directing them to the relevant staff members or departments.
Office Supplies Management: Ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked, ordering new supplies as needed, and keeping track of inventory.
Travel Arrangements: Assisting with travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries for employees or executives.
Meeting Support: Assisting with meeting preparations, including booking meeting rooms, setting up audiovisual equipment, and preparing meeting materials.
Database Management: Maintaining and updating databases, contact lists, and other relevant records.
Expense Reporting: Assisting with expense reporting and reimbursement processes for employees.
Record-keeping: Maintaining accurate records and files, both in physical and electronic formats.
Multitasking and Prioritization: Handling multiple tasks and prioritizing them effectively to meet deadlines.
