Instead of simply communicating sustainability messages, participants physically power the blender through pedaling, creating an interactive experience around active living, resource awareness and participation.

Yes. BikedPH can be incorporated into sustainability, ESG, CSR and employee engagement programs.

Depending on the activation, we can also provide participation and impact information that can be used as part of an event or sustainability report.

Depending on the activation, impact metrics may include participation, cups produced, calories burned, electricity saved and estimated CO₂ reduction.

Available metrics depend on the specific event setup and measurement methodology.

We currently offer three experience levels:

• Essential — 1–2 bikes for approximately 70–150 participants.
• Experience — 2–3 bikes for approximately 150–300 participants.
• Enterprise — 3–6 bikes for approximately 300–1,000+ participants.

Custom activations are also available for larger or specialized events.

Pricing depends on the number of participants, number of bikes, event duration, location, menu, staffing, branding and other requirements.

Yes. BikedPH packages include event staff appropriate to the size and requirements of the activation.

Our team handles setup, participant guidance, bike operation, beverage preparation and breakdown.

A standard setup generally requires a safe, level area with sufficient space for the bikes, participants and service area.

As a general guide, allow approximately 4m × 4m for a compact setup. Larger activations may require additional space.

The blender bikes are pedal-powered, so the blending activity itself does not require electricity.

Other event requirements may vary depending on the selected setup and venue.

Yes. Our event packages can include the ingredients, beverages, cups, ice, equipment, bikes and service team required for the agreed activation.

Seasonal fruits, milk or alternative milk options and other beverage concepts can be incorporated depending on the activation.

Yes. BikedPH can incorporate event and brand branding into the activation, including customized visual elements for the bikes and surrounding experience.

We can work with your team to determine how the bikes, menu, branding and participant experience can support the campaign.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for large corporate events, multiple-location activations and events requiring customized branding.

Standard bookings generally require at least 7 calendar days of lead time, subject to availability.
